Here goes:
  • I may occasionally mention or recommend a product or service on my blog that if you click on the link I may make some money. So far this hasn't happened. If I recommend a product or service it is more than likely something I've tried myself (like Turbulence Training) thus the recommendation.
  • Hopefully someday I will have product sent to me by companies to use and review. If and when this happens I will be truthful in my response whether my feelings are positive or negative. (I recently heard about another mommy blogger that got a car to review! Land Rover are you out there?)
  • If any one wants to send me products to try, I will let you know what I think. (I could sure use a Tri bike!! I'm registered for the Lake Stevens 70.3 and still training on my mountain bike. I know it will make me stronger.)

Today is the Day...

Although I don't think long, slow Cardio is boring.  I'm a huge fan of the long run and the long bike and the long swim.  And of course once my shoulder is healed I will get back to those. (I am training for a 1/2 Ironman). Although I will admit that long slow cardio has made me good at well long slow cardio.  And to improve my race times I need to add in more speed work and intervals in all three disciplines.  My main reason for committing to the Contest is that I have hit a plateau and haven't been seeing the results I'd like. I've lost weight and dropped clothing sizes but I don't have the muscle definition that I would like. Hmm, could it be that layer of fat that is still hanging on, hiding all of my hard work????  This new workout should take care of that!!!!!  Due to the aforementioned injury I will have to stick to Craig's Turbulence Training Bodyweight Workout 4-Week Program to start. My plan is to take it easy on my shoulder and still get in all the fat burning, muscle sculpting goodness that Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training offers.

The contest started on Sunday, December 27th, 2009 and runs to Friday, April 9th, 2010. All transformations must be submitted before midnight, EST, on April 9th, 2010.  The last day to enter if you want to complete a full 12-week Transformation is Friday, January 15th, 2010. You can still enter AFTER that date, but you must finish no later than Friday, April 9th, 2010.

There will be a male category and female category. Each category will reward the following prizes.
